Mannerist gesture

With only 14 days until my hand-in deadline, it would be fair to say that I haven't been as conscientious as I could have been with blogging my work. Over the next month – in the build up to the degree show – I'll be posting some of the experiments (successes and failures) that I've enjoyed so far this year.


Above is a quick experiment in narrating Bronzino's Venus, Cupid, Folly & Time through the gestures and contorted positions of the figures presented in the painting.
